Well today may be the day we buy a home. Jean and I just put a bid in on a fixer in Germantown , MD. We should hear back in a little while if we got the acceptance from the bank.
It is really hard to read what is going to happen. Right now I am trying to keep myself busy so I wont think about the house. If we do not get the house it may be a blessing in disguise as this property needs to be properly renovated and that means alot of time and money. We will see what happens tonight.
