This past Wednesday Jean turned 29 again! She is so special. We had a BBQ here for 25 people and spent the night talking with good friends. There were so many kids that Jean had them run the dinner gauntlet first so the adults could eat in relative peace. Smart move that! The talk varied from politics, children's achievements to travel. Joy our friend Rich's sister had flown in from Paris France with her two kids. The gals gathered in the kitchen while the guys retreated to the BBQ until the food was ready. I do have to say it got a bit hot outside~ 104 degrees. Anyway it was a terrific evening and I want to thank one and all who came. You will be missed while we are away.
