Sailing update #1

I know some of you enjoy hearing about the things going on to get ready for our cruise. Last week I painted the hull Mediterranean white. Though it was not originally part of the overall plan I felt it was the best time to get this done. The last coat went on like a dream and that evening a couple visiting the boatyard walked over and asked if it was a new Beneteau. The gentleman could not believe she was 18 years old.  That made the five days of sanding and prep work all worth it to me.
